Founded in 2012 and based in Holyoke, MA, our studio and shop are in the heart of the first planned industrial city in the United States. Holyoke was a key location in the early development of hydropower systems and we’ve continued the tradition of new technology development while powered by the nearly 200 year old network of operational water turbines.

We’ve worked at every stage of development on new products and technologies for consumer, medical, and industrial applications. From inception to commercialization, our team draws on past experiences in the studios, labs, factory floors, and board rooms to chart a new course through each client project.

We think carefully about risks and details. We match the pace of fast moving clients and we maintain a vast network of deep subject matter experts, from material and component specialists to CMs and material converters, to support our programs. We’ll obsess over the details, build and break into oblivion, and work tirelessly as a development partner to see the project through. We believe that good hardware can solve real problems, and we know hardware.
